Do you charge anything?
No. Applying, joining the talent pool and taking on work are all free. There are no deposits or training fees. If anyone asks you to pay, it is not us. Please tell us through the report link on the opportunity page.
How is work assigned?
For platform opportunities, a person reviews each application and then invites people from the talent pool. You have 48 hours to answer an invitation. After you accept, a person confirms the work. Project roles are decided by the project owner on the project page. For an outside recruiter, your application goes to the recruiter, who decides whether to invite you, and cooperation starts once both sides confirm.
How soon will I hear back?
We review applications within 48 hours and give a clear answer within 7 days. You can follow progress in My applications.
Why was I not chosen?
Usually the places are filled, the language or region does not fit, or someone else is a closer match. Your details are kept as the privacy notice describes, and we can still invite you when something fits.
How can I check a message is really from you?
Every opportunity has an official code starting with ZG- or ZV-. You can search for it on this page. If it does not show up, be careful. We never ask you to pay, advance money or buy anything, and we do not send private messages asking you to apply.
How is pay handled?
Cash tasks are currently paid in RMB (Chinese yuan) only, so they are open only to people who can receive RMB. Other payment methods will be listed once they are confirmed. Points are site points, not cash. A revenue share applies only if the bid is won. Nothing is paid if it is not. Pay from an outside recruiter is agreed and settled between the two sides. The platform does not handle it or guarantee it.
What does the platform do about outside recruiters?
Their needs go public only after review, but the content is what the recruiter says about themselves, and the platform has not verified it. The platform is the bridge: it does not rule on disputes between the two sides, and it never charges applicants. If anyone asks you to pay first, do not pay, and please report it.
I need someone. How do I post?
Sign in, then fill in Post a need. It goes public after review. Write an English version so people overseas can see it. Applicants appear in My posts, where you decide whom to invite. Once both sides confirm, you talk in the site chat.
