Who handles your details
The Zhuge Junshi website is operated by Zhengzhou Baishier Trading Co., Ltd., which handles the details you submit.
What we collect
Your name, country or region, city, languages, skills, the type of work you want, and your email address or mobile number. In the second step you can choose to add a portfolio link, years of experience, weekly hours, how you work, expected pay and the payment methods you accept.
What we do not collect when you apply
Identity documents, bank cards, photos, date of birth, gender, ethnicity or religion. Please do not put these in a note.
What we collect for cash tasks
Only people confirmed for a cash task are asked for their full legal name, ID number, and Alipay account or bank card number. You also confirm the task terms and hand in your work. Payment details are stored encrypted, shown masked on the page, and can be seen in full only by the platform's back-office account after your work is accepted. Every look is recorded.
When you apply to an outside recruiter
When you apply for a need posted by an outside recruiter, or confirm a platform suggestion, your name, country, languages, skills and note go to that recruiter. Your mobile number, email address and account number do not. Nothing is sent unless you tick the box to agree.
Why we use your details
To review your application, match you with work and contact you. Payment details are used only to pay you, for legally required tax filing and for accounting records.
Transfers across borders
Your details may be transferred and processed across borders.
How long we keep them
Applications not accepted into the talent pool are kept for up to 180 days and then deleted. Details in the pool are kept until you withdraw or delete them. A contact left with a report is erased within 180 days after the report is handled. For paid tasks, the terms, your work and payment details are kept for tax and accounting and are not removed when you delete your details.
What you can do
At any time you can withdraw an application, export or delete your details, or withdraw consent in My applications. If you have work in progress or a payment due, you can delete your details once it is finished or paid. With no payment on record, payment details and task records are deleted together. If you have been paid, payment records, task terms, your work and payment details are kept.
What you posted, when your account is deleted
When your account is deleted, the needs you posted go offline and your name is removed from them. Content that has been public is kept for checking reports. If a need still has an active cooperation, you can delete your account once it has ended.
The platform's role
The platform is the bridge. It does not rule on disputes between the two sides, and it never charges applicants. What an outside recruiter posts is what they say about themselves, and the platform has not verified it. Pay is agreed and settled between the two sides. The platform does not handle it or guarantee it.
