向拟开户银行详细咨询：

（2）公司注册证明；
（3）所得税或增值税登记证明；
（4）公司组织大纲或组织章程；
（5）公司出具的开户及金融业务授权书；
（6）公司董事会成员名单及身份证明文件等。
